All payments for services will be accepted by wire transfer or cash only. Wire
transfer information will be sent upon receipt of acceptance of an estimate for
services and purchases.


Shopping service fees must be paid in full before shopping can be scheduled.
Shopping service fees do not include the cost of furniture or accessory
purchases. Additional monies in the amount agreed upon by you must be
deposited in YOUnique Casa’s discretionary account prior to shopping, to cover the
costs of goods being purchased. The photo’s and written description of possible
purchases will be e-mailed to the client with a 48-hour buffer for decision on
purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All furniture, accessory and workmanship purchases will be examined by
YOUnique Casa upon delivery for any discrepancies or material flaws.
YOUnique Casa’s representative will advise you of any discrepancy, so you will
have 24 hours to make a determination as to keeping or canceling the purchase.

All Tour packages must be paid in full prior to the date of the tour. Beverages
on tours, except for the complementary bottled water, are the sole responsibility
of the individual. Although, the cost of tasting's, taxes and tips are part of the tour
price, any additional cost of foods requested by an individual will be the
individual’s sole responsibility.

YOUnique Casa enlists only the very best craftsmen available when doing remodels
or upgrading your casa. YOUnique Casa will oversee the remodeling and
upgrading to your specific requests. However, due to building materials,
advanced techniques and their availability, it may not be possible to provide your
casa with all of your requests. In such cases, alternative suggestions will be
offered to achieve the same look and style.

a reasonable time frame. YOUnique Casa cannot be responsible for failure on the
part of products or services or unforeseen circumstances to which they are not

specific product or service is specified to always be the free gift or voucher

Prices of Shopping Tours, Event Tours and other available services may change
without prior notice. However, if a project has been contracted the original
Shopping Service price and agreed terms and conditions will be honored to
contract completion.

During the term of a contract, if the client deems it necessary to make changes
that will incur additional expense, monies must be deposited to YOUnique
Casa’s discretionary account to cover said incurrence before said incurrence is
begun by YOUnique Casa.

Remodels and Window Fittings: A flat fee of $150 dollars ( U.S.) is charged per
casa, by YOUnique Casa to take your specific design and budget requirements and
find a qualified remodeling professional to create your desired results. YOUnique
Casa will provide you with pictures to give you the best possible image of you’re
finished remodel.

A 50% deposit of the quote is due before work begins. Final 50% is due on or
before completion of the project.

All measurements are done by the remodeling contractor and overseen by
YOUnique Casa Photo's will be sent two (2) times for each remodel at no additional charge.

Remodels requiring more than two sets of pictures will be billed by YOUnique
Casa on a per set picture basis. Cost of set of pictures will be determined on a per
casa basis, as per travel requirements.

If at any time anything does not meet our very high quality expectations, we will
contact you immediately.
Due to the many international designs available the end product may have
variables depending on the company’s procedures, policies and available
products at the time of construction.

Utility Connections: YOUnique Casa charges a service fee of $100 ( U.S.) For
each Utility connection. This fee covers only YOUnique Casa’s time to execute the
completed connection. Utility deposits and any special products or services that
must be used to complete your connection as per building codes or laws will be
billed to you (the client).

Painting: We use only Sherman Williams quality paints for interior finishes. Once
YOUnique Casa knows your design preferences, color suggestions will be given.

All confirmation of paint requirements and final color choices will be by e-mail
directive only.


Our paint professionals guarantee their work but cannot be held responsible for
construction faults or failures outside their control; damp walls, silicon, irregular
wall surfaces or water damage. Additional charges may need to be incurred to
correct problems before painting can be started or completed.


Due to our extensive country wide services, YOUnique Casa may require a fee of $50
for quotes outside of Panama City.


The cost of paint ( and any damage repair material’s necessary ) plus 50% of the
cost of labor will be required to start your painting project. Final 50% of labor
cost is due on or before completion of your painting project.

Liability: By contracting with YOUnique Casa for any and all services offered,
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, owner, assignees, staff
and vendors for ANY injury or damage (person or structure) incurred on the premises, during or after completion of your project (s) or tour (s). Resolution of disputes will be handled by independent arbitration and follow the laws of the Republic of Panama. A YOUnique Casa contract constitutes a private agreement between parties for an
exchange of goods and services. No other agreements, verbal or implied will be
honored without express written permission of YOUnique Casa.
